Where is The Medallion Events located?
We are conveniently located in the heart of Houston, Texas, just 5 minutes away from Sugar Land. Our central location offers easy access for guests traveling from across the Greater Houston area.
What is your guest capacity?
Our indoor ballroom comfortably hosts between 200 to 250 guests. We are also excited to announce that we are currently working on expanding our outdoor areas to accommodate even larger celebrations in the near future.
Is on-site parking available?
Yes, we provide dedicated, secure on-site parking for all your guests to ensure a seamless arrival experience.
How do I secure a date for my event?
Securing your date is simple. You can book a personalized site visit to see the space in person or book your date directly through our online calendar links. You can also reach us via WhatsApp, our website contact form, or any of our social media platforms.
Decor & Customization
Is decor included in the venue rental?
We offer beautiful in-house standard decor options to simplify your planning. However, our space is a versatile canvas—we fully welcome outsourced partners or decorators of your choice to create a completely customized look for your big night.
Can I bring my own furniture or specialized rental items?
Absolutely. We pride ourselves on flexibility and allow you to bring in specialized furniture or unique decor elements to match your specific event theme or cultural requirements.
Do you have a Bridal Suite on-site?
Yes, we offer a private, luxury Bridal Suite designed for comfort and the perfect “getting ready” photos. It is a secure sanctuary for you and your inner circle throughout your event.
Vendors & Catering
Can we bring our own vendors?
Yes, we are a vendor-friendly venue. We welcome outside service providers and are happy to coordinate with your preferred photographers, videographers, and coordinators. If you need recommendations, we can provide a list of our trusted partners.
Is catering included in the packages?
Catering is not automatically included in the base package. However, we offer complete solutions through our premier catering partners to provide a seamless dining experience. Alternatively, you are more than welcome to make your own catering arrangements.
Do you provide a space for food preparation?
Yes, we have a dedicated professional prep kitchen equipped for your chosen caterers to plate and prepare service for your guests.
